Security records individual workers; 30-minute grace; leave/re-entry allowed; MA receives alerts.
Requested by MA. Biometric use requires PDPA confirmation.
MA creates/assigns/approves; before + after mandatory; selected jobs video; edits before approval; 3-year retention.
Resident or MA initiates; MA approval; deposit; multiple entry; email + SMS. Access via Homeplus LPR (not RFID).
Currently Email/WhatsApp/Homeplus. Login required; MA controls assignment to closure; residents see MA replies only.
