What providers can SEMS connect to?

SEMS can connect to AI providers (SEA-LION, OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, Azure OpenAI, Kimi), condo systems (Homeplus, iCondo, BuildingLink), email, SMS, WhatsApp and voice providers, CCTV and access-control vendors, accounting tools and storage. Only SEA-LION AI and Mailtrap email are live in the current demo; others are connectable subject to client accounts and API access.

How are integrations built?

Through REST APIs, OpenAI-compatible APIs, OAuth/OIDC, SMTP, webhooks, SFTP, CSV/Excel import or custom middleware. Provider credentials stay server-side. Provider subscriptions and usage charges are normally paid directly by the client. Custom connectors may be quoted separately.

SEMS is not a closed ecosystem. It can work with existing property systems, AI providers, email/SMS/WhatsApp providers, CCTV, access control, finance tools and custom APIs. If your provider is not listed, Axon can assess and build a connector.

Providers below are examples — Supported / Connectable / API Assessment. Only SEA-LION AI and Mailtrap email are live in the current demo; others connect subject to provider API access.

Bring Your Own Provider

Already using Homeplus, iCondo, Hikvision, Mailchimp, Twilio, WhatsApp Business, ElevenLabs, Xero or another provider? Keep it. SEMS can integrate through API, OAuth, SMTP, webhook, SFTP, CSV/Excel or custom middleware.
