Creates and assigns work orders, approves before/after evidence, approves contractor passes and deposits, assigns resident tickets, reviews demerits, configures integrations, AI and email.
Checks in individual vendor workers at 3 gates (30-min grace, re-entry allowed), verifies contractor passes, runs NFC/GPS patrols, logs incidents.
Receives assigned jobs by email, uploads mandatory before and after photos (and video for selected jobs), submits for MA approval.
Logs in (no anonymous), submits issues in 10 categories, requests contractor/mover passes, sees MA replies only.
Read-only KPIs, reports and monthly summary. No access to sensitive personal data.
